Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Nepargo platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account or using any part of the Nepargo platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal authority to enter into these terms, and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Platform Use
Nepargo provides a digital B2B marketplace that connects buyers and sellers. We are not a party to any transaction between users. We facilitate connections, communications, and payments but do not manufacture, store, or ship any goods.
- You may not use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
- You may not post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings.
- You may not attempt to circumvent our fee structure or payment systems.
- You may not scrape, copy, or reproduce platform content without written permission.
3. Seller Obligations
Sellers must ensure all product listings are accurate, legally compliant, and of merchantable quality. Sellers are responsible for all export documentation, customs compliance, and delivery obligations as agreed with buyers.
4. Buyer Obligations
Buyers must provide accurate information during registration and order placement. Buyers must pay for confirmed orders and comply with import regulations in their respective countries.
5. Payments and Fees
Nepargo charges a commission on completed transactions. Fee schedules are published on the platform and may change with 30 days' notice. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.
6. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute between a buyer and seller, parties should first attempt to resolve it directly via the platform's messaging system. If unresolved within 7 days, either party may escalate to Nepargo's dispute resolution team. Nepargo's decision on disputes is final.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nepargo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of the platform, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal.
