Yes. Most sellers on Nepargo offer sample requests. Look for the "Request Sample" button on product pages. Sample pricing and lead times vary by supplier.
What payment methods are accepted?
We support credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, and bank transfers. Payment terms for larger orders can be negotiated directly with the seller.
How are suppliers verified?
All sellers undergo a KYC (Know Your Customer) process that includes identity verification and business registration validation. Verified sellers display a blue checkmark on their profiles.
What happens if I have a dispute with a seller?
First, try to resolve the issue directly via the platform chat. If unresolved after 7 days, submit a dispute through your order dashboard. Our team will review and mediate within 5 business days.

Click "Join as Seller" on the homepage. You'll need to provide your business details and complete the KYC verification process. Approval typically takes 2–5 business days.
How do I list a product?
From your seller dashboard, go to Products → Add Product. Fill in the title, description, pricing tiers, MOQ, and upload images. Submit for approval — our team reviews listings within 24 hours.
What commission does Nepargo charge?
Nepargo charges a percentage commission on completed transactions. The exact rate depends on your seller tier and product category. Full commission details are available in your seller dashboard.
How do I receive payments?
Payments from buyers are held in escrow and released to your account once the buyer confirms delivery or after the dispute window closes. You can withdraw to your bank account via your payment settings.
