What's New
Real-Time Chat Threads
Every product inquiry now opens a persistent, real-time chat thread between buyer and seller. Messages are delivered instantly, and both parties can see when the other is typing. No more waiting 24 hours for an email reply.
Automated Chat Flow for Sellers
Sellers can now set up automated chat flows — a series of guided questions that help qualify buyers and collect the information needed to generate a quote. Think of it as a smart intake form, built right into the chat.
Sample Requests Inside Chat
Buyers can now trigger a sample request directly from the chat thread. The seller is notified, and once accepted, a sample order is created automatically — no need to leave the conversation.
File & Document Sharing
Share product spec sheets, certificates, quotations, and contracts directly within the chat. All shared files are stored securely and visible to both parties for the lifetime of the inquiry.
How to Use It
Visit any product page and click "Send Inquiry" — you'll be taken straight into the new chat interface. Existing inquiries have been migrated automatically and your history is preserved.
What's Coming Next
In the next release, we'll be adding video call integration directly inside inquiry threads, along with an AI-assisted quote generation tool for sellers. Stay tuned.
